What are the clothing requirements?
Select appropriate attire for your skydiving experience, considering both regional customs and practical requirements. We provide essential safety gear including a protective helmet and specialized goggles. Recommended clothing includes: Athletic wear with shorts extending to cover harness contact points. Secure footwear is mandatory – choose athletic shoes or sneakers with laces, avoiding any with metal elements. Please refrain from wearing light-colored garments due to potential staining. Prohibited items include: Low-cut tops, bare shoulders, collared shirts, beachwear, midriff-exposing tops, open-toed footwear, or any elevated sole shoes.
Does weather affect skydiving?
Indeed, this is correct. While our location generally enjoys favorable conditions, certain weather factors including limited visibility, rain, or strong winds (particularly at elevation) may cause scheduling adjustments. Should adverse conditions continue, flight cancellation might become necessary. In such cases, we offer flexible options including rebooking for the next suitable date or processing a complete refund.
Is skydiving safe?
Our facility employs premium safety equipment, featuring advanced Automatic Activation Devices (AAD) that provide automated parachute deployment with continuous professional monitoring. Each member of our tandem instruction team undergoes rigorous selection, training, and certification processes. We maintain our parachuting equipment with exceptional care under FAA-certified rigger supervision, while our aircraft strictly comply with the industry’s most stringent safety requirements.
Is it possible to skydive in winter?
The local climate characteristics permit aerial operations throughout all seasons of the year.
Can I ask for a female instructor?
Absolutely. Simply notify us of your preferences during the registration process for your skydiving experience. While we strive to accommodate all requests, fulfillment depends on personnel availability and daily scheduling constraints. Keep in mind that specific requests might extend your waiting period.
Can I be denied a skydive?
Skydiving participation is strictly prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances. Additionally, those with irregular blood pressure readings or specific health conditions may be restricted from participating.
Can I learn to skydive on my own?
Upon enrolling in our Accelerated Free Fall (AFF) program, you’ll receive comprehensive instruction from our professional training team before beginning your certification journey.
Do you pick us up from our hotel at the beginning of the tour and drop us off at our hotel at the end?
Yes, we pick you up from your hotel at the beginning of the tour and drop you off at your hotel at the end of the tour. According to hotel rules, at the pick-up time (written on your ticket), wait next to the hotel security gate (not in front of the lobby).
What is included in the tour price and how can I access the tour program?
When you click on the tours, prices, details, what is included in the price and the tour program are written. You do not need to ask us again.
What currencies can I pay with?
We accept Euro, Dollar, Lira, Pound. We calculate by searching on Google on the day of the tour/you can calculate. We only accept Cash. Credit Cards are not valid.
How can we find out the tour transfer time from our location?
After you make your reservation, we inform you of your transfer time and provide your free transfer. At the end of the tour, we drop you off back at your hotels.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour time. In case of last minute cancellations, you have to pay 50% of the tour price because the bus has already reserved and prepared a seat for you. Illness and inability to wake up are not acceptable.
How will I know where I will be picked up after I make a reservation?
After making your reservation, all you have to do is contact us and let us know where you would like to be picked up from.
Do I need to reconfirm my reservation by phone?
No additional confirmation is required, but if you have any questions, you can reach us 24/7 on our registered numbers.
From which regions can I join the tour?
We offer our customers transfer opportunities from every region of Türkiye and you can join tours from these regions.
I am not staying at the hotel, can I join the tours?
You, our valued guests, do not need to stay in hotels to participate in the tours. All you have to do is describe your accommodation to us, so we can transfer you to the tour.
Do I need to provide my room number?
There is no such obligation, but if we cannot find you at the location notified to you, we can easily reach you via your room number.
How to reach us at hotels?
Due to the ban on entry to some hotels, we inform our customers that they should wait in front of the door, but if we cannot find you there, we can easily reach you by making an announcement or calling the reception to your room.
Make sure you have your passport photo with you, and if you are going to spend extra, you can take some money with you.
